Dependable Maintenance Person needed for Metro Detroit property management company based in Mt. Clemens.

Responsibilities include repairs, up-keep, and renovations of both residential and commercial properties we manage.

Part time - Full time.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma
- 2 Years previous experience (preferred)
- Must have own tools
-Vehicle required (With a valid drivers license)

$14 hr plus milage

Must have at least two years experience in property maintenance, a valid Drivers License, own Vehicle and tools.
We manage single family homes through out Macomb and St,Clair counties.
