The Town of Mount Airy is working with Brennan and Company Architects to create a renovation plan for the Flat Iron Building. This renovation plan should be completed sometime this summer. This will lead the way toward the beginning of phase 1 of the renovation which includes fixing moisture issues on the bottom floor and adding to the foundation for an elevator shaft on the south side of the building. The below drawings were supplied by Brennan and Company Architects.
