Better Half Farm
06/01/2026
We have officially wrapped up our spring blooming season.
What does that mean?
Our bloom volume drops dramatically, with just some zinnias and a few perrineals blooming on the farm.
Chrysanthemums are going in the ground.
We begin to turn and prep the fields for fall annuals.
Seeds will be sewn and later planted for fall.
No markets or bouquet drops.
We enjoy the extra time to spend with friends and family.
We'll be back in September for markets and bouquet drops for our fall season.🍁🍂🍁
We'll miss the blooms and seeing everyone but summer will be over sooner than you think.

This is it!
Our last week of our spring season.
Flowers are few on the farm, but thats how we planned it. Dahlias, lisianthus, zinnias and campanula will see us out for markets and bouquet drops this week.
Today, were dropping some market bouquets The Funston Market. We'll keep them stocked as needed with last flower drop til fall on Thursday.
Then to round out our blooming season, we'll be celebrating at Tallahassee Farmers Market at the spring festival Saturday.
We hope to see you this week at one of our locations, if we miss you we'll see you in the fall!
What a week!
Thank you to everyone that stopped and grab blooms last week. We couldn't be more grateful for the 🩷 to the flowers and farm!
Now that we got past the busiest week of the year and took a tiny breather, were back to our normal schedule.....for a few weeks anyway.
Were moving into the last 2 weeks of our spring season for flower drops and market attendance.
Today we'll be dropping market bouquets, pocketbook tote arrangements and Amaryllis for all those thank yous and special people you want to bring some joy and appreciation to at The Funston Market
Thursday, we'll be creating and dropping off at The Funston Market some special premium bouquets (see video for example) for Saturdays graduates.
Need us to hold something or create something special for Funston Market Pickup, just let us know. (Message is best as our hands are busy and usually dirty on the farm).
Saturday, we'll be heading down to the Tallahassee Farmers Market
Next week will be our last week for flower drops at The Funston Market and the Tallahassee Farmers Market until Fall.
We want to see you before our summer bloom break!
