Tomorrow is the day we throw down and take on Murph in honor of the memory of all the men and women who have served and laid their lives down to protect this country.

A couple of announcements for tomorrow:

🇺🇸: We will be having child care for our 8am, and 9am heats!

🇺🇸: heat schedule: 7am, 8am, 9am

🇺🇸: we will be hanging out at and .deck house following the end of the last heat to grill and chill by the pool! All are invited!

🇺🇸: this event is open to the community, so bring your friends and family to throw down with us! There will be scaled versions of Murph available for those doing it for the first time!

🇺🇸: all other normal classes will be canceled for the day
