Job Title: QuickBooks Proficient Bookkeeper (On Behalf of Client)

Location: On-site
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time (flexible based on candidate and client needs)
Pay: To be discussed directly with the client

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper proficient in QuickBooks. This is an on-site position with the possibility of part-time or full-time hours depending on the right candidate. The client is looking for someone reliable, accurate, and comfortable handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks
Record and categorize daily financial transactions
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
Generate basic financial reports as needed
Ensure accuracy and consistency of all bookkeeping data
Communicate with client management regarding financial updates

Requirements:

Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of basic accounting principles
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with small businesses
Familiarity with payroll processing
Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
