🚨 Tiger Weather Update 🚨

Due to the anticipated impact of the tropical disturbance, all Moss Point School District schools will remain closed through Thursday, June 18, 2026. All extracurricular activities, athletic events, and summer programs are also canceled during this time.

We anticipate resuming our regular schedule (summer school & summer camps) on Monday, June 22, 2026.

Please continue to monitor local weather reports and district communication channels for any updates.

The safety of our students, staff, and families is our top priority. We encourage everyone to take the necessary precautions and stay safe during this weather event.

🌮 Taco 'Bout How Much We'll Miss You! 🌮

Today, Moss Point School District celebrated the retirement of Ms. Corriene North, our incredible Lead Custodian at Central Office, with a fiesta-themed luncheon that perfectly captured how we all feel: she is definitely nacho average employee!

For years, Ms. North has been one of the secret ingredients behind the success of our district. Her dedication, dependability, and willingness to help wherever needed made her so much more than a custodian. She was a source of support, a friendly face, a problem solver, and a valued member of our Tiger family.

The halls and offices of Central Office (and the other buildings) will not be the same without her. Her hard work often happened behind the scenes, but the impact she made was felt by everyone who walked through our doors.

Today, we celebrated her years of service, shared laughs and memories, and reminded her just how much she means to all of us. While we are excited for her retirement journey, there's no denying that we are going to miss her tremendously.

Ms. North, thank you for everything you've done for Moss Point School District. We hope your retirement is filled with joy, relaxation, and all the things that make you happiest.

Tiger Alert!

This is a friendly reminder that the last day of school is tomorrow, Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Students will be dismissed from school at 60% of the day.

The schools will be released at the following times:

Kreole Primary: 12:15 pm
Escatawpa Upper: 12:20 pm
Magnolia Middle: 12:55 pm
MPHS/ALC: 1:20 pm
