There is no way to fully prepare yourself for birth ever, period. However; ensuring you have the proper support to help you know your options and manage them appropriately for your personal circumstances is important❕

Ultimately, attempting to minimize or eliminate any surprise or trauma throughout the experience.

You can discuss the options listed with your birth team, and decide what is the best choice for you. Knowing that there is absolutely no right or wrong decision in this process when you are making an informed and confident decision. 🫶🏼
