This is a literal dream come true, and a manifestation of 16 years of work since I first stepped in a kitchen and donned my first apron.

Honestly, it’s still completely surreal to look in my passport and see a stamped long stay visa for France. 😵‍💫

This does of course come with the bittersweet news that for the time being, Cellar Door is going into hibernation, and that I will no longer have the privilege and joy of working directly with Palouse farmers and the incredible produce they create after April.

I do have limited spots open for private events and booking for anyone who would like once last opportunity to eat my food on America soil, however! Otherwise, you’ll just have to visit me in Paris 😉
