Montrose Academy
In honor of Independence Day, Montrose encourages you to consider an academy that celebrates “The Self‑Reliant American”—those who build our nation through hard work, creativity, ambition, and merit.
Hard Work: Montrose students evolve from being trained to work hard to being trusted to work hard.
Creativity: From day one, students tackle their own problems and begin answering their own questions.
Ambition: More than half of our students undertake extra work beyond graduation requirements simply because they want to.
Meritocracy: Advancement is earned—not by age, but by achievement and initiative.
At Montrose Academy, education is earned, not given.
Happy Independence Day!
Tutoring-Level Support. Classroom-Level Cost
The Montrose method combines the concepts of corporate group learning that is used in normal schools and colleges with the one on one teaching and learning of a student and a tutor. In the group setting of the class, the concepts are established and introduced, in the one on one work done in the Great Hall, students get individual assistance in clarifying and applying the concepts to their own homework and learning.
