This week in Kingdom Kids . . .

Beginning Explorers will look at Saul's road to Damascus experience where he encountered Jesus. Jesus transformed Saul's life through this encounter. To continue with the transformation theme, the littles will take a common household snack and elevate it by adding other snacks to it. Also, they will play with some sensory discs while wearing blindfolds so they can see how Saul felt when he was blinded by the presence of God. Let's pray for this group of young explorers that they will have a transformational experience when Jesus calls their name!

Kingdom Kids (Grades 1-6) will study THE STRONG ROOM as our final session of the curriculum "CASTLES and KINGS." The strong room is the place where the treasure is stored when the castle is under siege. The kids will look at this by learning that we should "store up for ourselves treasures in Heaven" (Matt. 6:20). What are the treasures that we can store up in Heaven? The Kingdom Kids will learn this concept through the life of King Solomon, situational role-play, and the concept of volunteerism without payment or reward.
