LIFE UPDATE:
- Welcomed two beautiful babies into the world 👧👦
- Navigated the wild, challenging, and incredibly sweet journey of motherhood
- Worked part-time in my studio while adjusting to mom life
- Now diving back into full-time creative work

Yesterday we thought our baby girl was finally going to be joining us, but it turned out to be a false alarm and they sent us home from the hospital. But as I sat in that hospital bed, preparing myself to meet my baby girl, my very first little one, the horrific news story from the Texas school shooting popped up on my phone.

Throughout my pregnancy I’ve struggled with thoughts about the kind of world I’m bringing my baby girl into and as she’s on the brink of joining us Earthside we have seen multiple mass shootings added to America’s ever-growing list in the last two weeks. My heart aches for families that have been affected by every mass shooting that’s taken place in our country.

When will enough be enough? When will our leaders take real ACTION against gun violence in America instead of lining their pockets and trying to protect their own power?

I hope you will join me and countless others who are calling on our local and state representatives to FINALLY do something about the gun violence epidemic in America. Yes thoughts and prayers are great, but those NEED to be accompanied with policy and change.

As an elected official, it is your job to take bold action to prevent these senseless tragedies from happening. We cannot wait for another mass shooting. Please do the right thing and pass gun safety legislation. Thank you.

This may have ended up on the cutting room floor as we ended up going a different direction with the client, BUT I still dream about that use of negative space!

What does your color palette say about your brand?

We highly value brand strategy and always dive into it first to establish a roadmap for your brand before even touching your visual identity. Part of brand strategy includes developing a color palette that is fitting and speaks for your brand, utilizing color psychology. Colors effect peoples perceptions, emotions and behaviors so you want a brand color palette that will resonate with your people and give them the right impression of your brand.
