More than 2 in 5 adults in West Virginia have high blood pressure.

The 2023-2024 MATCH survey data also shows high blood pressure is even more common as people get older:
• Ages 50–64: 57.5%
• Ages 65+: 69.3%

These numbers help us understand what people in our communities are going through, and why better health support matters.
