Pro Performance Baseball
All Pro Performance baseball groups are canceled for today Monday, January 26. We will resume normal schedule for Wednesday.
Our Pro Performance Off Season Baseball Program begins this week with instruction from current and former college and professional players and coaches. We will meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4-5:30pm until the start of the high school practice season. All Middle School and High School players are invited to participate.

The middle off-season camp is designed as an on-ramping period. Here, players will work to get back into a throwing routine. Many throwing-related injuries occur as a result of improper preparation for the season. At many levels of the game, players are instructed to take extended time off and then jump back into throwing 5 days a week. This drastic increase in throwing volume puts the body in a sink-or-swim scenario, often resulting in fatigue, compensations, and eventually injury.
Players will perform non-throwing days on Mondays and Fridays designed to continue strengthening the arm and body as a continuation of the early off-season camps. Players will be led through various exercises and drills designed to “bullet-proof” their arms. In these 1-hour sessions, players will also work to improve arm, core, and lower body strength and stability.
Players will also perform a throwing day each Wednesday, which includes drills to improve pitching-related skills and mechanical efficiency to reduce stress on the throwing arm.
