All current students and recent graduates of a two- or four-year college or university in Appalachia can apply. In alignment with ARC's mission for socieoeconomic parity, we encourage applications from underrepresented groups, including:

👩🏽‍🎓 Appalachia’s 15 Historically Black Colleges and Universities
☝️ First-generation students and graduates
📍 Students who live in, or are from, economically distressed or at-risk counties.
