"I was working under my sister's car and I had an accident about a month ago. The car fell on my chest. God was watching over me that day. But, because of this accident I was in a lot of pain. My pain was in my left peck all around to right under my left shoulder blade. Pain was intense. It felt like someone was stabbing me every time I took a breath. My wife has been receiving Bowen Therapy with Steve for about 6 months, and she was trying to get me to experience Bowen for myself. With not much persuasion because of the pain I was in, she got me a last minute session with Steve at Zen. He did a full intake on me. Looked at my body asked me a bunch of questions about how it happened and what was bothering me. I'm not going to lie I was skeptical. The unexplainable happened, he explained his every move before doing it. Telling me step by step and after doing it he would walk away. Idk what exactly he did but after he left the room I started feeling a burp coming, and OMG I did 1, 2, 3, 4 and so on. One after another. It sounded like I was throwing up at first because I had some water before walking in. But I must’ve burped at least 40+ times. I'm not going to lie I felt great. I couldn't believe it. The next day I kept releasing air through out the day. But my stabbing pain was gone. I couldn't believe it. I’m still pain free after 2 weeks. And I was taking Motrin for about 2-3 weeks since it happened on a tight schedule to keep the pain at a minimum. I couldn’t skip a dose because of the amount of pain I would experience when I would try to push a dose out."
