The Rack: WVU Student Food Pantry

Do you have a container, some potting soil, and a sunny spot? If so, you can grow tomatoes! 🍅

The Rack will have tomato plants available for interested students to take home starting this Monday, June 15.

A five gallon volume is recommended for growing, whether it be a five gallon bucket or repurposed reusable grocery bag. We will have limited grow bags available to those who need them. More information about container gardening and maintaining a healthy tomato plants will be provided at pickup! 🪏🪴

☀️ Summer hours are here!

The Rack Student Food Pantry will operate on summer hours from May 11 – August 14:

🛒 The Rack: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
⏰ 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
🥬 Fresh produce will be available on Mondays.

Please note:

• The Rack will be closed for university-observed holidays
• All Snack Rack locations will be closed for the summer
