Migraine isn't "just a headache."

For the 39 million Americans living with migraine, the impact goes far beyond the pain itself. It's missed work, canceled plans, and a condition that's still widely misunderstood.

June is Migraine & Headache Awareness Month, and we're using it to change that. Swipe through our latest carousel to learn about migraine's four phases, common triggers, and why you don't have to keep pushing through without answers.

If you or someone you love has struggled to find relief, our headache specialists at the WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute can help. We create personalized care plans because no two patients, or migraines, are the same.

There are people who never hesitated when it counted most.

They raised their hand, stepped forward and chose to serve something bigger than themselves. They left behind families, friends and familiar lives because they believed this country was worth protecting. That kind of courage deserves more than one day of recognition, but today we give it everything we have.

To the fallen and the families who loved them: thank you. Your sacrifice shaped the freedom that so many of us take for granted every day. We don't take that lightly. We are grateful beyond words.
