I'm sooo glad that I'm a LegalShield Member. Yesterday while going to my mom's house I was pulled over by a police officer. He said I clocked you going 52 mph in a 50 mph zone. He asked to see my driver's license and said have you ever had any citations before? I said no sir I haven't. He made it quite plain that he was going to give me a ticket. And I said sir since I haven't had any citations before could you please give me a break? He said no, the chief said that we are to give tickets to anyone speeding in that area. He said but I will give you the choice of which ticket you want. I can give you a criminal citation where you have to go to court to face the judge in the next 30 days and pay court fines or I can give you one where you can pay a $50 fine within the next 10 days and it will not go against your license or insurance, it's like it never happened your choice. I said okay, I'm a LegalShield Member and I probably could get this dropped anyway. But I will go ahead and pay the $50 fine. Then something amazing happened, lol. He said with a strange look on his face, "What, you are a LegalShield Member"? I said yes sir I am. He handed my driver's license back to me and said Mrs. Poston, you drive safely and have a nice day. smile emoticon You talk about one HAPPY little lady. I wouldn't give my LegalShield Membership up for nothing!
