Grab-and-Go Meals are available for anyone ages 0 to 18 starting Thursday, Oct. 3.

Each weekday until school reopens, stop by one of the four sites from 11am to 1pm to pick up a free breakfast and free lunch for any child ages 0 to 18:

Please drive through the car rider line to pick up the meals. Children do NOT have to be present.

Liberty Middle School is located at 529 Enola Rd. in Morganton.
East Burke Middle School is located at 3519 Miller Bridge Rd in Connelly Springs.
Mountain View Elementary School is located at 805 Bouchelle St in Morganton.
Glen Alpine Elementary School is located at 302 London St. in Morganton.

We are excited to announce Burke County Public Library is participating Neighborhood Forest's Free Trees for Kids program again this year! Register your child through the link below, or scan the QR code. *MUST REGISTER BY THURSDAY, MARCH 14, NO EXCEPTIONS! Saplings will be available toward the end of April at the Morganton Public Library ONLY. The shipment is scheduled to arrive the week of Earth Day.
