I prefer to discuss orders through Messenger. Once an idea has been shared as to what the customer prefers, I send photos through Messenger of items in the planning stages to assist in determining color, size, image, font, material, etc. Prices are determined through the amount, variety, and type of needed materials to complete the project and are shared in the beginning of the planning stage. Completed orders are completed & delivered at a mutually agreed time and/or location. All sales are final.
