UNC Health Blue Ridge

Recently, our UNC Health Blue Ridge Trauma Team visited South Mountain Baptist Camp to teach camp counselors the importance of Stop the Bleed training. These dedicated counselors learned how to recognize and respond to severe bleeding emergencies, gaining skills that can help save lives when every second counts.

To support their commitment to safety, UNC Health Blue Ridge will be gifting the camp with Stop the Bleed kits and AEDs, helping ensure they have the tools needed to respond quickly in an emergency.

We're grateful for the opportunity to partner with South Mountain Baptist Camp and invest in the health and safety of our community's children, families, and camp staff.

We were proud to be part of Splash Bash 2026 and spend the evening with so many families from across our community!

Thank you to the Granite Falls Parks and Recreation Department for hosting such a fun and welcoming event, and thank you to everyone who stopped by to visit with us.

Our UNC Health Blue Ridge teammates have been doing an amazing job representing our organization at recent Hickory Crawdads Baseball Club games, connecting with fans, sharing health and wellness resources, and showing our community what it means to care beyond the walls of our facilities!
