Rocko’s Pizza is doing it RIGHT.

Wood-fired, homemade sourdough crust with that perfect balance of chewy and crispy, slightly charred in all the right places. The red sauce tastes fresh and rich (you can tell it’s not from a jar), and the cheese is melted just right to get that cheese pull, which is what makes it for me!

The pepperoni with a spicy kick from the jalapeños that actually adds flavor, not just heat. Every bite is amazing.

We got three different pizzas! I didn’t even get a chance to take pictures of the others before they were gone…
