💧 Stay hydrated by drinking water throughout the day
🌡️ Watch for signs of heat exhaustion, including dizziness, headaches, confusion, and fatigue
🏠 Keep cool indoors with air conditioning, fans, and shaded rooms
👕 Wear lightweight, loose-fitting clothing
⏰ Avoid outdoor activities during the hottest part of the day, typically between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m
❤️ Check in regularly on aging loved ones during periods of extreme heat
