Snow in the desert.

It is 110° in the Mojave desert right now and as I edit photos for WA clients I am dreaming of cloudy wet days. 🌧

I am so fortunate to have had the chance to go back to Everett at the beginning of June. A couple of previous clients reached out for a photo session and it filled my photography bucket to take their photos. I love all my friends back “home.” I’ll be sure to share next time I’m back as I would love to see more of you! Also, Everett, you have the most beautiful high school! ❤️❤️❤️

The color scheme east of the mountains is so different than the Pacific Northwest. I love this sage. The yellowy brown and muted green are a color scheme I'd like to do my house in if I started over. The bonus is that it smells SO good. Just looking at this photo brings the smell to my mind. #

Went Christmas tree hunting this weekend and brought home our first ever pine. It smells amazing and looks beautiful even if it is a little pokier than we’re used to. 🌲 Hope you all had a Thanksgiving with much to be grateful for!
