[15] And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

Self explanatory ... be Bold and Courageous and live in Christ and carry out his commandments. 🙏🏾🙌🏾💫🙌🏾

Your brain divides into two halves or hemispheres. Within each half, particular regions manage certain functions.

Left Brain 🧠 - Analysis & Logic
Right Brain 🧠 - Intuition & Creativity.

Trauma throw ones entire system out of wack beginning with confusion in the mind that then takes place through out several health & body conditions. It wasn't until I sorted through my trauma that I had clear focus. 🙏🏾🙌🏾💫🙌🏾
