Whole garlic and herb chicken and 8lbs Boston Butt getting wrapped up after a nice smoke bath over apple wood and hickory!
Folks, unfortunately the pandemic has limited our abilities to obtain our licensure and permits. Hopefully we’ll be able to obtain those soon. However, in the mean time, take a gander at this 6lbs Boston Butt(pulled pork) we prepared for our friends for the Battle of The Bluegrass game this past Saturday.
