Caregiver/Personal Assistant

Do NOT need CNA but it is a plus.

Compassion Care provides services to people living independently in the River Bend apartment complex. We help to keep our clients living independently by assisting with many different aspects of their day to day lives.

***We are looking for 1 full-time employee to work PM shift (3pm-11pm)****

Block scheduling: Week 1 would work Mon, Tu, Fri, Sat, Sun. Week 2 would work Wed, Thurs only. Same rotation all year long. Employee still considered full time and eligible for benefits.

Opportunities to train at other facilities and pick up additional hours

Building newly remodeled

Light caregiving duties, no heavy lifting, or lifts

Get the fulfillment of providing support and care to people in need without the physical and emotional stress that comes with working in higher levels of care

Shift Differential: PMs: $2.00, NOCs: $3.00

This position does include a paid weekend (Sat/Sun) on-call rotation and would be approximately every 6 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

-assisting with home management tasks

-assisting with activities of daily living

-administering medications

-performing delegated nursing tasks per RN supervisor

Key Requirements:

-pass background study

-reliable and compassionate

-high school diploma or GED
