It's with a heavy heart that I write this, but She Said Butcher Shop is closed. This has been a tough year with the ongoing construction in all of North Moorhead, and with the current economic state everyone is understandably feeling the pinch.
I am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart to everyone that I met over the last 3 years here and I am truly appreciative of everyone that helped get me this far.
Take time now to visit all your favorite small business because they may not be around forever.

This weekend looks fantastic to do some grilling. I still have beef Tri-Tip and seasoned pork chops on special and the Build-a-Bundle is stocked up. There's only one week left to stop out and get signed up for a chance to win a grilling bundle.

We have our first batch of chickens in the freezer and ready for you to enjoy with your family. The birds are pasture raised and moved every day to fresh grass. They are fed supplemental grains from our local feed mill. They range from 4-6 lbs. $4 a pound. Get them while they last. We are excited to begin another season of providing fresh, local, farm raised produce and poultry.
