At MindFit LLC, we provide mental performance coaching, mental health counseling, and mental wellness education services to meet you where you are in your sport and fitness journey. Whether you are working to build your mental, social, or emotional physique, we can team up to reach your overall goals.

Zen Sleep Consulting:
Zen Sleep Consulting is a consulting practice with a mission to help people of all ages get great sleep with a side of Zen vibes. Annie Schlecht, founder of ZSC, is an occupational therapist, certified adult and pediatric sleep consultant, Reiki practitioner, and craniosacral practitioner. She uses evidence-based strategies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to help her clients obtain the best sleep possible using natural methods. Annie works virtually with clients all over the world.

My primary focus is working with pediatrics / young families. I help parents understand pediatric sleep and guide them on how to teach their babies the art of independent sleep with sleep training methods. I work with babies as young as 5 months for sleep training, but I also offer new/expecting parents a proactive educational consult to begin "sleep shaping".

I also have branched out to adult sleep. I help adults who struggle with insomnia. I love working with adults (18-60) who are passionate about their health and are looking for natural methods to reach their goals.
