We’re looking to add another Roof tech to our team!

*please note* this is not a traditional roofing job (no tear off, no hot tar, etc) we specialize in roof restorations at Ricochet Roofing.
➡️ We need someone who is hardworking, reliable, and detail oriented.

What the job includes:
• Assisting with commercial roof coating systems (prep, repairs, application)
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Handling tools, equipment, and materials safely
• Following project specs and team leadership
• Traveling to job sites as needed

What we’re looking for:
• Strong work ethic & self motivated
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet all day
• Comfortable working at heights
• Reliable transportation
• Construction or roofing experience is a plus (but willing to train the right person)
