CareCore At Montgomery

CareCore at Montgomery is proud to celebrate the progress of Steve W.! 💪 Steve came to CareCore at Montgomery after having difficulty caring for himself at home. Upon admission, he required maximum assistance to complete tasks and began working closely with the therapy team to regain his strength and independence.

Through hard work and determination, Steve has made meaningful improvements in bed mobility, transfers, activities of daily living, and overall function. Reflecting on his experience, Steve shared, “Since I got hurt, I have been here in the nursing home. I have had a great experience with the care, I love working with the therapy team! They have been able to help me get stronger and get back to standing and walking. I hope to continue to get stronger with their help!”

The entire team is excited about Steve’s continued progress and increased independence. We look forward to supporting him as he continues to reach his goals and celebrate new milestones along the way. 🌟

CareCore at Montgomery is proud to celebrate the clinical success of Rocio S.! Rocio came to CareCore at Montgomery following a right hip total arthroplasty. Upon admission, she required moderate assistance to complete tasks and began working closely with the therapy team to regain her strength and mobility.

Through hard work and determination, Rocio was able to return home safely and successfully. Rocio shared, “Based on my conversations with the CareCore at Montgomery team, even prior to my surgery, I knew I was going to have a good experience. From the day I came, I had awesome attention from the nursing team, and the aides were very helpful. I had a wonderful experience with physical and occupational therapy to help me get back to walking and standing and doing things on my own.”

CareCore at Montgomery is proud to celebrate the clinical success of Carl C.! Carl came to CareCore at Montgomery after having difficulty caring for himself at home. Upon admission, he required supervision to complete tasks and began working closely with the therapy team to regain his strength.

Through hard work, determination, and support from the therapy team, Carl improved his strength, mobility, transfers, and everyday activities, allowing him to return to his previous level of independence. Carl shared, “I had a good time during my stay here, and I enjoyed working in therapy to get stronger!”
