📍 Location: Montgomery, AL
🕒 Shift: Second Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
💰 Pay: $18.00/hr

Are you experienced in shipping and receiving with leadership skills? We’re looking for a Shipping/Receiving Team Lead to oversee a small crew of 3 material handlers. This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent long-term potential!

✨ What You’ll Do:
• Lead a small team of 3 employees in shipping & receiving
• Handle all shipping and receiving operations independently for client in the Montgomery area
• Drive between two local warehouse locations (training on 1st shift, then move to 2nd shift)
• Maintain safety standards and efficient material handling practices

✅ Qualifications:
• Prior experience in shipping/receiving (manufacturing preferred)
• Previous supervisory experience
• Valid AL driver’s license & clean MVR
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication & leadership skills
