Attention Computer Science Teachers! The Alabama State Department of Education has announced continued support for A+ College Ready Computer Science professional learning opportunities for Alabama educators during Summer 2026.

Introducing the ABPC's Champions of Progress! Throughout the summer, we will be featuring Powerful Learning Network (PLN) teams who have done phenomenal work ensuring their professional learning directly impacts students.

Our first champion is Ozark City Schools! This team was dedicated to ensuring that their time spent in PLN improves the lives of students in their community. Throughout the year, they have developed a strategic three-year plan to develop and implement a cohesive instructional framework aimed at improving teaching consistency and student learning outcomes.
