He flew into combat four times. He survived an Osprey crash into the Persian Gulf. He lost a crew member that day β€” and walked out with his faith stronger than ever.

This Memorial Day weekend, we sit down with Major Tim Tormey, USMC (Ret.) for a story you won't forget.

πŸŽ–οΈ A SPECIAL MEMORIAL DAY INTERVIEW

Major Tormey spent 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, flying the CH-46E Sea Knight and the MV-22B Osprey across four combat tours in Iraq. His decorations include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, eight Air Medals, and a Presidential Unit Citation.
But the real story isn't in the medals.

It's in the moment his Osprey crashed into the Persian Gulf β€” the day everything changed. As Tim says, that event became a major turning point in his life. Because sooner or later, every one of us will face a moment that forces us to ask the hardest questions: Who am I? What is my life really about? And is what I've been building strong enough to hold me when everything falls apart?

Tim found his answer. And his story will move you to ask the same questions for yourself.

Today, Tim and his wife Kimberly have been married 24 years and are raising 15 children together β€” 11 biological and 4 adopted from Liberia.
A story of courage, tragedy, and unshakable faith. You don't want to miss it.
