2025 was a year of building in every sense of the word! ❤️
From full interior renovations to public infrastructure and community partnerships, our team stayed fully committed to getting the work done right.
This year, JGS Construction completed 13 projects including:
• Installation of a canopy, three wash bays, and a concrete pad at Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Eastern Blvd)
• Full interior renovation of Primer Microschool (Southern Blvd. location)
• Groundbreaking on two Habitat for Humanity homes in Montgomery
• Temporary trailer installations for the City of Montgomery at Montgomery Public Works
• Temporary deck installation at the Mann Wildlife Learning Center in preparation for the Montgomery Zoo renovation
• Three canopy restorations at Gateway Park
• Completed a residential home build for a private client in Montgomery, AL
• Full breakroom renovation at Berry Global (Gunter Park Dr. location)
• Flooring removal and installation for the Ivy Foundation of Montgomery
• Interior renovation of Fashionably Greek
• Accent wall painting at Calmar Community Center
• Tree removal at the Frank Lee Community-Based Work Facility
• Community partnership with the ACLU to renovate the home of a private resident in Selma, AL

🎄 Right in time for the holidays! 🏠
On Monday, December 22, we officially kicked off construction on two Montgomery Habitat For Humanity homes on the north side of Montgomery.
The project began with a ceremonial wall raising alongside Habitat leadership, community partners, and local civic leaders. From there, our team led volunteers through the pre-fabrication of the walls for the first home—a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home for a wonderful family of four.
We feel incredibly blessed to end the year this way. As City Councilwoman Julie Beard shared, for these deserving homeowners, it truly feels like a Christmas miracle.
JGS Construction is proud to serve as the official builder for both homes and to be part of a meaningful, long-term solution for families in our community.
