Tip of the Day๐Ÿ’•

Apple cider vinegar is definitely not a great taste, but it has great benefits that we can all use. You only need to take about 2 tablespoons a day in the morning before breakfast (empty stomach). Again, the taste is not so tasty ๐Ÿ˜‚ but you can dilute it with water or lemon juice. I just go ahead take mine back and then just drink plenty water behind it to wash it down to get it over with. This should be done daily, along with your vitamins! Yes you should be taking at least a multivitamin, probiotic, and a AZO(cranberry) daily. You need itโ€ผ๏ธAdding these things to your daily routine will improve the functioning of your body! Have a great day ladies๐Ÿ’•
