Colleges were tuition free until the mid 1960s
Healthcare was cheaper until the mid 1960s
Ceo's begin to invest less into worker pay increases mid 1960s.
During a time where white American society was able to legally deny black people certain human rights and capital
because of their skin color, congress passed the civil rights act enabling black people legally the right to access the same resources equally, mid 1960s.
Since then colleges were no longer tuition free, healthcare got more expensive, worker pay became less invested in. President Regan said that deplorables should be kept out of the colleges.
When Lincoln supported the liberation of black people from being owned as slaves, suddenly the southern states had an issue with the federal government. Southern states wanted to keep black people as slaves but Washington D.C. said no state in the union should have the authority to keep a human being as a slave.
Southern states rejected this idea, created the confederate army and began the civil war to keep the rights to own slaves. They lost and in return they created black codes, aka Jim Crowe, to separate black people from white society. Black people could not drink from a fountain that white people touched, in some cases they had to enter the back door of establishments just because white society felt they were a sore to be seen, and didn't deserve to enter into the same space, or deserved the luxury of a front door because they were brown.
So pardon me if I feel like once black people legally gained the right to equally participate in society, American structure changed. No more tuition free college, more expensive healthcare, less investments in worker pay. It just doesn't feel like a coincidence to me given the history of America.
I also feel as if there is a part of American society that feels as if the government offering safety nets for those who need them, with they money that they take from us that we earn, is a hand out because we are lazy, is just an American philosopy born out of racism.
We dont care for Joe Biden!!!

That's because a lot of black church's are beholden to white supremacy standards for black people and they simp for politicians because they can't believe a person "so important" is in their presence because they aren't used to being treated like people. Too many black people operate from the mind of being grateful for the bare minimum or being grateful for something that should be the standard. Our ancestors fought for equality yet many black people still try to live up to what white people deem as acceptable for society. The black church protects and sponsors this white supremacy shuck and jive mentality to black community members.
