Didn't know life would look like this right now at 29. God I didn't even think I'd make it to this birthday.

November was the darkest place I have ever reached in such a long time. I felt so lost and alone and just genuinely not myself at all.

To be standing here with my people, my tribe, and my friends feels like one of the biggest accomplishmebts ever.

Shout-out to my medication, my best friends, and most of all my husband who is the most incredible human ever who made life worth living again. I truly see all the colour back in the world because of these people.
