Ashley Chesney, Keynote Speaker for the October 2nd IMPOWER luncheon, is a true force for change! ✨ A leader in the Anti-Trafficking Movement, author of the powerful memoir “From the Ashes,” and Executive Director & Co-Founder of Set Free Monterey Bay, Ashley’s dedication is unwavering.

She’s not just a passionate advocate but also an expert trainer, working closely with first responders and educating communities on how to identify human trafficking, paving the way toward its eradication. As a compelling speaker and alumni member of the CSEC Advisory Board with the National Center for Youth Law, Ashley brings her invaluable lived experience to the forefront of policy and advocacy efforts.

Through her own journey, she found freedom—and now dedicates her life to walking alongside survivors as they reclaim theirs. Ashley is a s*x trafficking survivor turned thriver, and her story is an inspiration to us all. We can’t wait to hear her speak!
