Every now and then we run into a problem with one of our machines that’s a little to technical for us to solve ourselves.
We lost about 1 week of sales on this particular account 🥺😢
It’s a good thing that we have a consistent and reliable technician who we can contact we things go south.
He eventually had to come out in person to resolve the issue himself.
But prior to that, he sat on FaceTime with me for almost 2 hours trying to troubleshoot and fix the issue, with no charge!
Regardless, the power of relationships is critical in any business!!
Super grateful for this man because he also took it upon himself to mentor and guide us when we first got started in the vending business a few years ago without ever asking anything in return.

Today we ran into a problem that we could not fix ourselves.
We have a reliable guy that we outsource for service calls but he is swamped until late next week 😢
Of course we are loosing money each hour that this Dixie Narco isn’t up and running
