Here's what’s happening in the market right here in Hudson County.

- Number of homes for sale: 1808
- Number of homes under contract: 1,351
- Number of homes sold: 470
- Average Days on Market: 38
- Median home price: $615,000
& the current 30 year fixed mortgage rate is currently 4.875%- it just went down in the past few days!👍

This is a very broad perspective on how the real estate market is doing since all markets in Hudson County area are different.
