For more than SIX hours, the cameras rolled inside Samba Montclair as we had the honor of welcoming the CGTN television crew for a special World Cup segment celebrating the spirit, flavors, and culture of Brazil.

What started 16 years ago as a dream to share authentic Brazilian cuisine with our community has grown into something far beyond what we could have imagined. From our little corner in Montclair, New Jersey, we have been blessed to tell our story through food, passion, and hospitality.

The crew captured everything—from the warmth of our dining room and the beauty of our dishes to the energy of our kitchen and the heart behind what we do every single day. They filmed our traditions, our conversations, and the flavors that connect people across cultures and continents.

As a proudly Brazilian restaurant and New Jersey’s only 100% dedicated gluten-free Brazilian restaurant certified by the Gluten Intolerance Group, it means so much to represent not only our heritage, but also our commitment to creating a place where everyone can gather around the table safely and joyfully.

Food has always been more than something we eat. It is memory. It is identity. It is family. It is celebration. It is the universal language that brings strangers together and turns them into friends.

To have the opportunity to share a little piece of Brazil with audiences around the world through one of the largest international television networks is truly humbling.
