Time: 8:45- 12 pm (Noon)

Ages 8 - 10 Years old: 11- 15 years old.

Join us for Montclair Youth Running Summer 2023 Track and Field Camp. his camp is perfect for the beginning to intermediate runners or Athletes in competition. Montclair Youth Running Track & Field was developed to introduce young athletes to this sport rich in tradition and history. These programs combine technical development and fundamental techniques with safety and a significant focus on fun! Using special equipment, our exercises and drills will prepare athletes for a future in cross-country, track and field events, and distance running while inspiring a love for running and being active. The fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching, and cool-down techniques are all covered in this 5-Day Camp Unique program. Participants will put it all together for one fun-filled day at the end of the week. Ages 8-10 and 11-15 years of Age.

Join us for our Track and Field Camp/Cross Country camp that will run in Brookedale Park from 8:45 AM- 12:00 pm; Monday, Jul 31, 8:45 AM - Friday, Aug 4, 12:00 PM The program and Details will be added Shortly.
This camp will be our Cross Country and Track and Field Camps. Athletes will be able to run Distance and or Track and field events. As we get closer, more information will be added to the programming and Guest speakers.
