Partners for Health Foundation is proud to help support this important community initiative focused on tenant education, empowerment, and connection.

Attend a tenants’ rights presentation, hear from local professionals during a panel discussion and Q&A, and connect with neighbors over food and refreshments at the community mixer.

Last night, we hosted our annual Spring Gathering of Community Partners, bringing together representatives from more than 60 organizations united by a shared commitment to strengthening our communities. The evening truly embodied the spirit of partnership, collaboration, and collective impact.

We also had the honor of celebrating our incredible Executive Director, Pam Scott, as she prepares for her well-earned retirement. We are grateful for her years of leadership, dedication, and lasting contributions to our mission and community.
