I started teaching aerobics as a side hustle at 18, Become a FULL TIME fitness professional at 28, opened architect studio location #1 at 33, expanded to location #2 at 36, COVID……, downsized to 3rd location at 42, 3 weeks later the fire, and at 43, 1 year later I literally rise from the ashes once AGAIN with FITAF Studios!

This weight rack has been with me since architect day 1 and NOTHING brings me more joy to look at it and think HOLLY S**T we are STILL HERE! I have been doing this for 25 years!! It is WHO I AM!! It’s all I have EVER DONE!! And TRUST me when I say I ain’t going no where!

This one is going to be MONUMENTAL! I plan to create something so big that the human mind isn’t capable of seeing!!! But I see it VERY VERY clearly!
