Hey everyone! Especially my Bergen County and/or Lodi families.

I’m so excited to share that our next cycle of the Strengthening Families Program will be starting on Wednesday, April 23rd at 6PM at Thomas Jefferson Middle School in Lodi!

This program is completely free and designed to help families with youth ages 10–14 grow stronger together. It’s not about being a “perfect” parent—it’s about real conversations, understanding each other better, and creating a safe space for both parents and kids to be heard. This program is also offered in Spanish!

Each week we’ll have:
• Free dinner
• Separate sessions for parents and youth led by trained professionals
• Free childcare and fun activities for younger siblings
• Gifts, a gift card, and a certificate when you complete the program
• Plus—you’ll get an extra gift card if you refer a family who completes the program too!
