Position: Full-Time Bookkeeper
Work location: Monrovia CA 91016
We are seeking an experienced and detailed-oriented bookkeeper to support for our Tax Service Department.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain trial balance, reconciliation of general ledger, process bank reconciliation
2. Review financial transaction for accuracy, establish a Chart of Accounts, generate 1099’s and W-2’s reports
3. Prepare balance sheets, generate profit and loss statements
4. Provide administrative support such as updating database, filing paperwork, scanning documents
5. Perform data entry by inputting and maintaining financial records into accounting software
6. Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality

Qualifications:
1. Fluent in BOTH Mandarin and English
2. At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience
3. Familiar with QuickBooks
4. Solid understanding of bookkeeping/AP/AR principles
5. Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
6. Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, process paperwork efficiently
7. Positive learning attitude, friendly demeanor and good team player
