š§ Building Foundations ā And Skills š·āāļøš·āāļø
Today our team poured the concrete slab for an upcoming building pump station ā a critical foundation that will support reliable operations for years to come.
What made this pour even more meaningful? We used it as a hands-on training opportunity for our crew. From proper site prep and formwork inspection to concrete placement, finishing techniques, and safety protocols, our experienced team members worked side-by-side with newer employees to share knowledge and reinforce best practices.
Investing in training on active job sites helps us maintain quality, strengthen teamwork, and continue delivering dependable infrastructure for our clients.
Great work to everyone involved in making this a safe, successful pour! šŖ

What a day! š„šŖ
The plant crew absolutely crushed it pouring out a generator slabāteamwork, hustle, and ex*****on all on point! Big shoutout to the Project Manager and even the Safety guy for jumping in and getting their hands dirty š·āāļøš
Sure, 10 yards of concrete doesnāt sound like much⦠but itās all the behind-the-scenes workāplanning, forming, framing, bracing, tying, and rebar placementāthat separates a smooth, clean pour from a sloppy one. Prep is everything, and this crew proved it!
Solid work, solid slab, and an even stronger team. Thatās how itās done! š§š„

This year, our team has taken an even bigger step in getting involved with NUCA of the Carolinas ā from giving up a few evenings or weekend days volunteering at charity events and engaging in social gatherings to sending members of our team to conferences across the state.
Building these relationships has been incredibly valuable and has played a meaningful role in Dellingerās continued growth. Weāre grateful for the opportunities, the connections, and the amazing community that NUCA brings together. DIG IN and GIVE BACK!

Our team in Johnston county has been hard at work from day oneāstarting with driving sheeting to construct a new tie-back wall, setting the foundation for major improvements ahead. Weāre now well into building the new grit removal structure, a key component in boosting system efficiency. This structure alone includes 80 tons of rebar and will require 500 yards of concrete to complete. Weāre excited to share that 380 yards have been poured so farāa huge milestone thanks to the dedication of our crews and partners on site. More progress to comeāstay tuned!
