KXRR / 103 Rocks and Warrior Media, in partnership with Todd Martin Law Firm, are giving one eligible listener a chance to win “Operation: Exit Strategy,” a free uncontested divorce from Todd Martin Law Firm, valued at $500.

This prize applies only to a qualifying uncontested divorce. Anything contested is not included. The prize does not include contested divorce matters, custody disputes, child support disputes, spousal support disputes, property disputes, debt disputes, community property disputes, protective orders, domestic violence matters, appeals, criminal matters, or any legal matter outside of a qualifying uncontested divorce. Filing fees, court costs, service fees, and any other court-related costs should be explained to the winner by Todd Martin Law Firm before services begin.

The contest is open to Louisiana residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family or household members of Warrior Media, KXRR / 103 Rocks, Todd Martin Law Firm, participating sponsors, advertising agencies, and promotional partners are not eligible. Limit one entry per person.

To enter, go to the official KXRR / 103 Rocks Facebook contest post and comment “Free Divorce.” After commenting, send a private message to the official KXRR / 103 Rocks page with your full name, phone number, city and state, confirmation that you are 18 or older, and a brief reason/story explaining why you would like to win the free uncontested divorce.

Do not post your private divorce story publicly in the comments. Public comments should be limited to “Free Divorce.” Do not include spouse names, children’s names, addresses, court case numbers, Social Security numbers, financial information, medical information, sexual details, abuse allegations, criminal accusations, drug accusations, cheating accusations, custody accusations, or private information about another person.

By submitting a story or reason for entering, entrant gives KXRR / 103 Rocks and Warrior Media permission to review, edit, paraphrase, summarize, and use the submitted story for contest, promotional, on-air, online, and social media purposes. KXRR / 103 Rocks may change names, remove identifying details, alter minor details, and/or use first names, initials, nicknames, or anonymous references to help protect privacy. Entrant understands that their story may be discussed on-air or used in promotional content, but KXRR / 103 Rocks will make reasonable efforts to avoid using full names of spouses, children, addresses, court case numbers, or other sensitive identifying details.

KXRR / 103 Rocks and Warrior Media reserve the right to hide, delete, reject, or disqualify any public comment or private entry that includes unsafe, defamatory, inappropriate, false, misleading, threatening, overly private, or legally risky information. Submitting a story does not guarantee that the story will be used on-air or that the entrant will win.

The winner will be selected based on the best eligible story/reason submitted by private message. Eligible entries may be judged by representatives of KXRR / 103 Rocks and/or Warrior Media using the following criteria: sincerity and clarity of entry, demonstrated need for a fresh start, appropriateness for the promotion, and overall impact of the entry. Judges’ decisions are final. In the event of a tie, the station may use additional judging or a random drawing from the tied entries.

The potential winner will be contacted by phone, Facebook message, email, or another method available from the entry information. The potential winner must respond within the time period given by the station. If the potential winner does not respond, is unreachable, is ineligible, fails to complete required documents, or cannot receive the prize, KXRR / 103 Rocks and Warrior Media may select an alternate winner.

Winning does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship. Representation and prize fulfillment are subject to Todd Martin Law Firm’s review, attorney approval, conflict check, and completion of any required law firm documents. If Todd Martin Law Firm determines that it cannot ethically or legally represent the selected winner, or if the selected winner does not qualify for an uncontested divorce, KXRR / 103 Rocks, Warrior Media, and/or Todd Martin Law Firm may select an alternate winner.

This contest and all related promotional materials are for promotional purposes only and are not legal advice. Entering the contest does not create an attorney-client relationship with Todd Martin Law Firm. An attorney-client relationship is created only if Todd Martin Law Firm accepts the winner as a client and all required documents are completed.

Winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes connected to the prize. Prize value is listed as $500. Winner may be required to complete tax paperwork before receiving the prize.

KXRR / 103 Rocks and Warrior Media will not publish the winner’s private divorce details without additional permission. Winner may be announced by first name and city unless the winner signs a separate release allowing more information to be used. KXRR / 103 Rocks may request a signed affidavit, eligibility form, tax form, release, and publicity permission before awarding the prize.

KXRR / 103 Rocks and Warrior Media reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the contest if fraud, technical problems, legal concerns, sponsor issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances affect the integrity or operation of the contest. KXRR / 103 Rocks and Warrior Media reserve the right to interpret these rules and make final decisions regarding eligibility, entries, winner selection, and prize award.
