Today we celebrate as one of our youth was baptized in Jesus name!

We are so proud of her commitment to follow Christ and excited to see all that God has in store for her future.

Last nights youth service, Evangelist Ethan Hethcox preached a powerful message titled “The Transformation of Despair.”

Using the letters in the word DESPAIR, he rearranged them to spell PRAISED.

What a reminder that when we find ourselves in seasons of despair, our praise can change the atmosphere. Praise doesn’t always remove the struggle immediately, but it changes our perspective, strengthens our faith, and reminds us that God is still in control.

We are thankful for what God did this weekend as souls were touched by the power of God. Lives were encouraged, hearts were strengthened, and faith was renewed. We believe God is still transforming despair into praise, hurt into healing, and brokenness into hope.

Don’t let despair have the final word, let your life be marked by praise.

“Why are you cast down, O my soul?… Hope in God; for I shall yet praise Him.” — Psalm 42:11

This may be a kids revival, but all ages are welcome to come join the fun!
